Synopsis:
Tommy Jones is an angry young boy with psychic abilities. His power is to turn fantasy into reality. When he is scolded by adults for his behavior, Tommy conjures a dragon which demolishes a neighbor's house and burns down a drugstore. The Phantom Stranger senses Tommy and tries to calm him with words. Tommy uses the dragon to attack the Stranger, but eventually he is shown the danger in his misguided use of his power. The Phantom Stranger then sees to it that Tommy's powers are restrained until such time as he shows that he is responsible and capable of good judgment.
