Synopsis:
Speedy moves to Los Angeles with his daughter Lian. He seeks out a job at a detective agency run by Owen Burley. The investigator gives Roy a chance assigning him to find Donald Lossner. When Speedy pays a visit to Lossner's old office, his investigation is interrupted when he witnesses a purse snatching.
