Synopsis:
While Green Lantern uses his power ring to brace a collapsing building, rescue workers complete their efforts to evacuate people trapped inside. Under the building Captain Atom locates the alien who has taken the form of action hero Randy Violent. Their confrontation causes localized earthquakes that shake the building. Green Lantern is angered over Captain Atom's actions. When the workers announce that the building is clear, Green Lantern releases the brace, then enters the fray in defense of the alien.
