"Rocks and Hard Places Chapter One"
This story must take place before the Teen Titans depart from outer space in New Titans #50 because Speedy's trip to Ireland is mentioned in New Titans #52.
This story continues in Action Comics Weekly #627.
Synopsis:
Roy Harper travels to Ireland aboard a ferry with his daughter Lian. Dick Grayson has come along and learns that Roy intends to take an extended stay. Dick spots some suspicious passengers on the ferry and follows them to the parking garage. There, he witnesses two men inspecting a coffin in one of the vehicles. A third person, a blond woman, locks them inside the van, then opens the gate. She drives the van off the ferry into the cold Irish Sea.
Nightwing dives into the water to help the men. One is dead on impact, but the other uses the coffin to stay afloat. When Nightwing reaches the coffin, the man attacks him in order to protect the drugs hidden inside. Speedy join the rescue by boarding a small boat with some police. However, their rescue attempt is delayed by another boat which opens fire on them.
