This story claims that Boston Brand worked for the Blake Kellogg Circus in 1969. This is inconsistent with previous stories in which Brand worked for the Hills Brothers Circus. This can perhaps be reconciled if Brand worked for Kellogg before moving on to the Hills Brothers.

This story is continued from Action Comics Weekly #620 and continues in Action Comics Weekly #623.

Synopsis:
Deadman possesses the body of voodoo king Wellman Legros to free to captive girls. However, the girls are possessed by the spirits of Stella and Delia Peckshaw, former zombie queens. They command the zombies to release them, then leave Deadman behind to raise an army of the undead.
