Synopsis:
When a series of brutal murders stumps the Quad Cities police, Wild Dog begins to make nightly patrol. On one such patrol he stops a convenience store robbery by shooting the three perpetrators in the legs. A young boy witnesses the crime and begins to idolize the vigilante. Meanwhile, the serial killer, a woman seeking vengeance against men, strikes again.
