Synopsis:
Slam and Shorty take a vacation on the California coast. They spot a gambling ship anchored offshore, but it is outside the local jurisdiction. When then racketeers rob the patrons, the district attorney Ed Green asks Slam to investigate.

Shorty goes undercover disguised as a woman and gets photographic evidence that the gamblers are cheating. However, the crooks see through his disguise and take him to the ship's office. Slam has also gotten onboard and rescues Shorty. Then they alert authorities. With the evidence of cheating the police are able to shut down the operations. Slam also identifies broker Tom Pryor as part of the operation.
