Synopsis:
Ollie has located Dinah's stolen car aboard a ferry headed to Alaska. It carries drugs which he can't identify. Green Arrow stows away inside the car and follows it to the shop where the cars are being disguised. He then follows several members of the gang to uncover more information.

Green Arrow then goes to the local police with a sample of the drug. It turns out to be powdered rhinoceros horn. Working with customs and the police, Ollie helps shut down the stolen car ring and the smugglers who are carrying their product in one of the sleds running the Ididarod. Following the capture of the smugglers, Ollie drives the smugglers' dog sled back to Anchorage.
