Synopsis:
Mark and the other agents of the Dark bring the captive Forever People to Castle Dark. They are tortured, then given a chance to fight back. Each sees a potential miracle enacted, only to have their hopes crushed by the forces of the Dark.

With their spirits broken the Forever People are brought in chains and laid at the feet of Mark and Fyre. Dreamer uses her illusions bolstered by the will of her friends. She creates images of Mark's family. This breaks the hold the Dark has over him. The Forever People then join together again and use the word "Taaru" to summon the Infinity Man. The Forever People disappear in the process.

The Infinity Man returns and vanquishes the forces of the Dark. After defeating the minions, the Infinity Man brings back the Forever People in unprecedented manner. For the first time they exist together in the same place. He then bids them farewell, claiming that his work as their father is done.

Maya then appears. She claims to be their mother. Serafin knows the truth while the others are confused. Maya then brings the Forever People to the side of their old friend Donnie Bergman, who has also been targeted by the Dark.
