Synopsis:
At the opening of a new community center in the Quad Cities, reporter Susan King interviews Raymond E. Newell, the leader of the Committee for Social Change. Newell is protesting the center at sets off a bomb which destroys the building. He then kidnaps King and her news crew.

The police arrive on the scene, but they are hesitant to go into the building after the terrorists. Newell is using the camera crew to broadcast his message all over the city. The police worry that any action they take might result in the death of the hostages on live television.

While the police wait for negotiator Andy Flint to arrive, a man wearing a hockey mask drives a red truck into the building. He exits the truck armed with a machine gun and begins shooting the terrorists. He fights his way toward Newell and disarms the terrorist leader. The police then move in to stop him, so the Wild Dog takes Susan King with him in the truck. Once they have cleared the scene Wild Dog lets the reporter go free and leaves the scene without speaking a word.
