This story is continued from Batman #456.
Synopsis:
Batman is captured by the Scarecrow who uses chemicals to induce fear is his prisoner. Tim Drake has deduced Scarecrow's involvement. Against orders, he hails a cab to take him to the chemical factory. Wearing a ski mask, Tim infiltrates the factor and rescues Batman. In the process, he overcomes his own fears and defeats the Scarecrow.
Later in the Bat-Cave, Batman gives Tim a new costume. Tim officially becomes the new Robin.
