Synopsis:
Green Arrow provides information to the Seattle police concerning the Robin Hood Killer. He then returns home where he finds a note from Dinah telling him that she is going undercover to find a gang of drug dealers. When another man is killed by an arrow near the waterfront, Ollie investigates and sees Dinah entering a bar with Iggy Brown.
While in the area, Ollie spots a shadowy figure. He follows and meets Shado, the female archer, face-to-face. She easily bests him, then she kills another man.
Ollie returns home where he hears a news report that Iggy Brown was found dead. Worried about Dinah, he returns to the bar and asks questions. His investigation leads him to a warehouse where Dinah has been strung up and tortured. Ollie shoots and kills her assailant, then goes in to rescue her. Shado is there too for her own reasons and saves Ollie's life from one of the smugglers.
