Synopsis:
Scribbly witnesses the frustration of a photographer who is unable to get a photograph of the reclusive Sir Cuthbert for the Morning Dispatch. Scribbly asks if a sketch will suffice. His editor agrees. Scribbly then impersonates a postman and a bellhop to sneak into Cuthbert's hotel room. Cuthbert catches him and rips up his sketchpad. Scribbly draws the sketch on the wallpaper, then takes it to his editor. Cuthbert follows and praises Scribbly for his ingenuity.
