Synopsis:
Blue Beetle chases a masked thief who trips over a sleeping homeless man. The crook drops a stolen vial, but is forced to run away to avoid being caught. He later returns for the vial and begins killing homeless people who fail to lead him to it. Blue Beetle tracks down the homeless man he met during the chase. The man still has the vial which contains an experimental lukemia cure. The killer attacks, but is defeated by the Blue Beetle. He explains that he needed the cure for himself because he was dying.
