Synopsis:
Scribbly's boss orders him to get a picture of the Red Tornado. Scribbly assumes that the assignment is hopeless, but Ma Hunkel decides to appease him by making an appearance. Scribbly turns in the sketch to his boss, but he receives no credit. When Hunkel hears this she confronts the boss and forces him to give Scribbly a raise.
