Synopsis:
While performing on a European tour, Zatara's act is interrupted when a war breaks out. Zatara helps rescue two Americans and gets them to safety using a captured submarine. He then returns to the war zone. The magician uses his magic to force hostilities to stop. He then gathers the leaders of the two nations. Zatara learns that the war started when one of the leaders insulted the soup of his rival. Zatara makes peace and a bowl of soup that both leaders can enjoy.
