Synopsis:
Captain Ruff and his pirate crew attack and sink the good ship Morro. The entire crew goes down with the ship with only a female passenger surviving. The pirates take her prisoner and force the girl to walk the plank.

The pirates' fun is interrupted by the appearance of the Black Pirate Jon Valor. Valor faces thirty to one odds in protecting the girl against the pirates. Still, he holds his own until the girl jumps from the ship.

Jon dives into the water after the girl, but he finds no sign of her. As the pirates sail away, Jon climbs aboard their hull and stows away until the pirates reach shore. While the pirates bury their treasure on a small island, Jon exits the ship. The pirates then leave the island, their treasure, and Jon behind.
