Synopsis:
Zatara rescues banker Ed Burton from being poisoned by the Tigress. Deciding to find out what her scheme is, Zatara sticks close to Burton and soon saves his life again.

Tigress is working with a master of disguise known as the Mask. The Mask has a plastic surgeon disguise him as Burton in order to withdraw bank funds. Zatara stops his plan, but the Mask then changes his features into Zatara’s and asks the real Burton for a reward. Again Zatara foils the plan, changing the Mask into a gargoyle and preventing him from changing appearance in the future.
