Synopsis:
The Batmobile is run off the road by crooks. One of the crooks, Waller, tries to replace Batman, while Robin is taken to the hospital. A group of amateur detectives arrive on the scene of the accident and deduce that Batman was replaced by an imposter. They follow the imposter, expecting him to steal radium from an exhibit. When the rest of Waller's gang arrives to steal the radium, Batman stops them. He then explains to the detectives that when Waller tried to replace him, he failed. Batman pretended to be a phony to draw the other crooks into the open.
