Synopsis:
Superboy uses his super-speed to stop a tornado. He increases his speed to counteract the tornado's power and breaks the dimensional barrier. Using his super-vision, the Boy of Steel finds himself in a Smallville that is different from the one he knows. When he spots a newspaper from the 1930s he thinks that he has simply gone back in time. However, he discovers that he is on a parallel Earth when he meets the teenage Clark Kent of this world.

Superboy introduces himself. This Clark also has super powers, but he wants to join the circus as a freak. Superboy begins teaching his counterpart to use his powers including flight and super breath.
