Synopsis:
A man calling himself Methuselah offers to make old men young again. His claim proves true as he restores the youth of several men including Phineas Carver, but the effects soon wear off. When the men want to be changed permanently, Methuselah orders them to committ robberies to pay for the transformations.

After several robberies, Methuselah still refuses to give the men permanent youth. Carver tips off the Crimson Avenger, who then battles Methuselah. The crook is revealed to be Kent Carver, the nephew of Phineas. His device could only be used to temporarily restore the youth of others, never permanently. Kent is defeated and an accident causes his own body to be permanently aged.
