Synopsis:
Wily Weir and his men make a large supply of counterfeit food tickets and begin selling them for half face value. The King learns about their racket and replaces one of Weir's men. The King learns that Weir's partner is the Witch, but that she has no interest in the counterfeit ticket plot. The King then teams up with his nemesis, the Witch, to take down Weir and stop the counterfeiting scheme.
