Synopsis:
The Penguin breaks a gangster named Sharkey out of a prison transport vehicle. He then takes Sharkey to the zoo and proceeds to torture him. The gangster was the Penguin's tormentor and bully when they were school children. The Penguin is now after revenge. Batman tracks down the Penguin and is barely in time to save Sharkey's life. The Penguin gets away.
