Synopsis:
Following Stealth's attack on Vril Dox, Lyrissa Mallor is forced to take command. Lobo has defeated the united drug lords single-handed, but Dox double-crossed him by neutralizing his power to replicate. The Durlan is barely able to keep him in line. Stealth is imprisoned until her behavior can be explained. Garryn Bek's wife Marij'n is recruited to help revive Dox. Meanwhile, the police forces on Cairn flock to Zalman City having been won over by the defeat of the drug lords. With Dox unable to speak to them directly, Lyrissa and Strata address the united forces to share their vision of the future.
