Synopsis:
A youth named Fastbak takes a joy ride in the skies above New Genesis using his aero-pads. He is pursued by two monitors sent to maintain order. Fastbak eludes them and inspires other young people to take flight. Eventually, Fastbak breaks off his antics in time to lend his voice to a performance for Highfather himself.
