Synopsis:
The Titans visit S.T.A.R. Labs in San Francisco where Sarah Charles is conducting research. Cyborg considers leaving the team to stay with Sarah. Red Star is also visiting as part of an exchange program with the Soviets. However, not everyone in the Soviet Union wants the exchange program to succeed. Hammer and Sickle have been sent to kill their comrade and blame the Americans. A fight breaks out with the Titans. Starfire is taken prisoner, and Red Star agrees to leave with the other Soviets under the mistaken impression that his orders have been changed.
