Synopsis:
After riding a cable arrow through a dimensional portal, Green Arrow and Speedy arrive in Dimension Zero, a dimension populated by giants. The archers discover that the deadly arrows fired through the portal are being launched by children. They quickly conceal themselves and observe the new dimension.
The archers then see Xeen Arrow, a masked archer resembling Green Arrow. Xeen Arrow defeats a criminal, and Green Arrow assists him by defeating another. When Xeen Arrow returns to his Arrowcave, Green Arrow reveals himself. Xeen Arrow explains that the dimensional portal to Earth was opened by a comet. He sends the archers back through the portal just before it closes forever, meaning Earth is safe from the children's arrows.
