Synopsis:
Batman learns that a criminal called the Trapper is planning a big crime. The Trapper sets traps and captures a contractor and his engineers, snaring Batman in the process. While Batman is tied up in the gang's hide-out, the Trapper lures the police force to Gotham Square Garden, trapping them inside. Then his gang loots Gotham.
Batman breaks loose and calls Robin. With the police out of action, Batman broadcasts a message that he is holding an exposition. This causes a traffic jam. When the Dynamic Duo pursue the Trapper and his men the gridlock traffic prevents the crook from escaping. Batman then releases the police.
