This story is the fourth of an imaginary series. The events depicted are not part of regular continuity.

Synopsis:
Lois is upset because she can not tell anyone that she is married to Superman. The Man of Steel finally gives in, and their marriage is announced to the world. The couple is given numerous gifts, but Lois quickly realizes all is not as great as she hoped.

Merchants double their prices for Lois since they know she is married to someone who can afford it, crooks try to kill her to get even with Superman, forcing Lois to ride in a protective bubble car, and even their home is booby-trapped against invaders. Lois is disappointed that things have not turned out well, but she is still happy to be the wife of Superman.
