Synopsis:
Moonface, a gang boss, watches his horoscope and follows the advice. His gang plans to rob the publishing office of Mr. Jones. Coincidentally Jones is the publisher of the Weekly Horoscope that Moonface reads.

At the same time the crooks raid the office, Ted Knight is bringing his friend Caspar to the office. Ted hopes to convince Caspar that his horoscope was a phony. When Ted sees the crooks, he bursts into action as Starman.

The crooks flee, but later return. Starman is still in the office when they come back and is able to defeat them. During the fight, they hear a dictaphone recording which proves the horoscopes are phony.
