Synopsis:
Gangster Ape Larson escapes from the Sandman by hiding in a library. Inside, he becomes fascinated with a book about reincarnation. That night he dreams that Sandman has turned him into a monkey.

When Sandman encounters Ape again, the gangster is afraid that his dream will come true. However, he defeats the hero and nearly kills him. Sandman escapes the trap, then uses Ape's fear against him. Ape surrenders and tells the Sandman where his other loot is hidden.
