Synopsis:
Mike Malloy is a notorious gangster known as the Tough Guy. His only soft spot is for his kid brother Jimmy. Jimmy attends military school where his brother's criminal reputation makes it hard on him. Sandman tries to convince Mike to leave the rackets, but the gangster refuses.

When Mike attends a party at Jimmy's school, the rest of his gang pull a surprise raid. Mike is accused of being in on it, so Jimmy is expelled. Mike offers to help Sandman catch the gang. After the fight, Mike reforms and joins the military himself.
