Synopsis:
Starman offers to help solve the problems of three boys at a prep school when they wish upon a star. Freckles has a brother, Charley French, that was framed for a bank robbery. Starman investigates and learns that Rooley Royce is the real crook. Royce was injured during another robbery and has forced Dr. Fred Martin to perform surgery. Martin, the brother of another boy at the prep school, has lost his nerve as a surgeon, but he succeeds in restoring Royce's mutilated face.

Starman arrives too late to catch Royce, but he convinces Martin to return to his career as a surgeon. He suggests that Martin help the father of Whitey Walsh who is dying of a rare disease. While Starman finds Royce and forces him to confess to the bank robbery, Martin cures Mr. Walsh. As a result, all three boys have their wishes come true.
