Synopsis:
Sandy learns that Wes Dodds has been replaced by an imposter. He follows the imposter to a hideaway where he finds the real Dodds tied up by crooks. Sandy gets captured as well, but working together both escape from the crooks. Sandman then takes the place of the imposter to expose the crooks’ scheme.
