Synopsis:
Millionaire Felix Black has a rare disorder which prevents him from sleeping. Without sleep he is driven to a life of crime. He gathers some crooks and plans robberies for them during which loud noises are made to awaken people who can sleep.

When the crooks learn that Black is already rich, they turn on him. Sandman has tracked the crooks down and stops them from killing Black and detective Nick Parks. During the fight, Black is injured and his ability to sleep returns.
