Synopsis:
The Penguins runs an extortion racket against Gotham City singers. When the singers won't pay he makes them lose their voices. Batman and Robin uncover the Penguin's secret of using gas hidden in the microphone which causes the voices to be lost. The Dynamic Duo pursue their opponent as the Penguin targets his victims. In the end, the Penguin is defeated, and the singers are safe.
