Synopsis:
A burly man in viking garb wielding a powerful hammer and claiming to be the Norse God Thor raids the city. Sandman, Sandy, and the police all try to stop the viking crook and his men, but find him invulnerable to bullets. Sandy is wounded and taken to the hospital.

Sandman rallies the police and goes after Thor and his viking armada. Thor is really a hoodlum, Fairy Tales Fenton, using an electrical hammer and special transparent armor to repel bullets. Sandman brings down the crook, who is recognized by the police. After being taken into custody, Fenton is brought to the same hospital as Sandy for treatment.
