Synopsis:
The Shining Knight is fascinated by motion pictures. When a movie studio need an expert on ancient weapons, Justin lends his expertise. At the studio, producer O.J. Blain is being threatened by racketeers. When he refuses to pay, the crooks make themselves look like famous actors and provide bad publicity for the studio.

Justin catches two of the crooks trying to murder a detective hired by Blain. However, another member of the gang silences them with a gun. Justin then stops a murder and gets another crook to confess. The crook points out the racket boss, Morton, the studio make-up artist. Morton tries to run, but the Shining Knight apprehends him.
