This story is continued from Justice League Europe #2 and continues in Justice League Europe #4.

Synopsis:
After separate incidents in which they are attacked by former members of the Global Guardians, the Justice League investigates the Dome, the team's former headquarters. The building is now a tourist attraction, so Power Girl, Flash, and the Elongated Man take the tour. Inside they are attacked by the mind-controlled crowd and Jack O'Lantern. Power Girl gets her teammates outside safely just before the Dome explodes. The Justice League is blamed for the incident.
