Synopsis:
Blackhawk is informed at the hospital that Marcia Rossiter has died. He blame Steve Claiborne and attacks him outside. Eventually several MPs arrive to break up the fight. Despite the dust up, Claiborne reiterates his desire to recruit Blackhawk into the CIA.

Blackhawk then returns to headquarters where he gets drunk. Natalie Reed consoles him, and they sleep together. In the morning, Blackhawk opens a letter containing an invitation to visit Washington from Harry S. Truman.
