Synopsis:
When several sports stars suffer freak accidents, the police suspect gamblers of fixing the events. Green Arrow is called in to investigate. He discovers that gamblers are involved when the try to fix a boxing match. Green Arrow stops their plot, but the crooks escape.

The gambling problem causes several sporting men to fear danger. When racehorse owner Mr. Keever pulls his horse out of a race, Green Arrow offers to help. Speedy becomes the jockey and begins the raise. The crooks strike, but Green Arrow is able to apprehend them. Speedy's horse then wins the race fairly.
