Synopsis:
William Gunther plays William Tell in an reenactment taking place in a small town. Gunter's eyesight is failing, but he doesn't want to disappoint his son. When crooks threaten the town, then trap Green Arrow in a burning building. The crooks then kidnap Gunther and disguise themselves as archers for the reenactment. Green Arrow and Speedy escape the burning building, then they stop the crooks. Green Arrow takes the shot in place of Gunther. He then gives Gunther the reward for capturing the crooks which will allow him to get an eye operation.
