Synopsis:
At the last possible moment, the Chief discovers a plot to trick America and the Soviet Union into starting World War III. Negative Man then has only his sixth-second time-limit to disable four atomic bombs located around the globe. Deactivating three of the bombs, Negative Man is too late to stop the fourth, and must race to effect repairs to the disrupted "Hot Line" between the U.S. President and the Russian Premier, in order to avert disaster.
