Synopsis:
The Demon and Merlin confront Ugly Meg and the Iron Duke. The villains retreat into their castle stronghold where they lay a trap which nets them Merlin and his servant. The Iron Duke then commands Meg to transfer the knowledge of Merlin into his mind. Instead Meg betrays her master, turning the Iron Duke into her own servant.

Next, Jason Blood is able to transform back into Etrigan. Ugly Meg appears to possess enough power to defeat him, but the Iron Duke pushes himself and Meg off a castle parapet. Etrigan releases Merlin and together they discover the source of Meg's power, a captive dream beast known as Somnambula. Etrigan then uses fire to send the beast back to whence it came.
