Synopsis:
Robin discovers that Batman has been secretly training another boy named Jimmy in the Bat-Cave. Robin believes that Batman is planning to replace him. He follows Batman and Jimmy as they battle a gang of crooks.

Later, he tells Batman that he saw Jimmy. Batman has him deliver a Robin costume to Jimmy's house where Robin learns that Jimmy is blind. Both Batman and Robin are captured by crooks, but Robin leaves a clue for Jimmy to find them.

After Jimmy helps the Dynamic Duo escape and the crooks are captured, Batman explains that he was training Jimmy in criminology. He didn't tell Robin because he planned to make it a final test for Jimmy. Batman never had any intention of replacing Robin.
