Synopsis:
Adam Frank is a man obsessed with being first. When a book collector refuses to sell him a first edition book, Frank turns to crime. He recruits a gang to serve as henchmen, then begins to steal in order to satisfy his need to be first. Batman and Robin eventually catch up to Frank. After escaping a trap set by the crook, Batman catches Frank and his gang during a museum robbery.
