Synopsis:
Batman brings three killers to justice, where they are sentenced to the electric chair. Following their execution, the killers are seen again robbing a bank. A clue leads Batman to believe they are imposters, but when he finds them, he learns they the real men. The killers are killed in a shootout, but Batman is still puzzled. Further investigation reveals three imposters, who set the killers up. He apprehends the crooks and the makeup artist who aided them, clearing the prison doctor in the process.
