Synopsis:
Metropolis experiences a sudden heat wave caused by Lex Luthor. Luthor’s henchmen kidnap Lois in an attempt to lure Superman to his death, but Superman survives and rescues Lois. He then tracks Luthor to his new base, a meteor in space. Luthor uses giant reflecting mirrors to cause the heat wave from the meteor, but Superman destroys it.
