Synopsis:
Clark and Lois stumble upon a racketeering ring run by Slats Morgan. Superman confronts Morgan and orders him to stop his activities, but Morgan refuses. Clark and Lois soon find themselves kidnapped by Morgan and his boss, Vernon Hale, a city councilman. Superman rescues Lois and exposes Hale, rounding up Morgan and his men in the process.
