Synopsis:
The Yellow Wasp escapes from jail and begins terrorizing the town. Wildcat and Stretch Skinner challenge the Wasp, but fail. Wildcat is left for dead, while the Wasp brings the captive Skinner along on his next heist. Wildcat recovers and escapes, then pursues the criminals. After locating them, he rescues Stretch and defeats the Wasp.
